TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Through this document, LEON MARINO presents its policies for the use of its services, which must be read and observed by each and every one of the clients and visitors.

PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICE

RESERVATIONS.

By using the LEON MARINO site, you accept these usage policies. If you do not accept such terms, do not use the site of LEON MARINO. LEON MARINO reserves the right, at its discretion to change, modify, add or delete parts of these terms at any time. The visitor should periodically check if these terms have changed. The continuous use of the LEON MARINO site after the incorporation of changes to these terms implies the acceptance of said changes.

Sales policy

Process: The user must register in the interested course or event through the LEON MARINO website on the corresponding registration page.

The user will not be formally registered until he has made the payment of the part required in the reservation. Once this is done, your registration will be confirmed. All inscriptions in courses will receive the confirmation and theory of the corresponding course via electronic mail, it is essential to attach a personal and operational email for this purpose.

Payments can be made through our virtual POS using Visa and MasterCard.

Return policy

The user is entitled to a refund of the registration fee under the following terms and conditions: Cancellations must be informed in writing, by sending an email to leonmarinotarifa@gmail.com

Cancellations informed by any other means are not accepted. In this email must include all the information of the registration, including the name of the course, name and surname of the student, date and contact information.

The return rates are as follows:

For cancellations received 15 calendar days before the beginning of the course or  a guided immersion will be reimbursed the full amount of the registration. Except for the Open Water Diver or higher level courses, whose cost will be € 100 for inscription on the SSI platform.

Cancellations made between 15 and 2 calendar days prior to the start of the course or guided immersion, the total amount of the registration will be reimbursed minus 15% in administrative and management expenses. In addition to the € 100 explained in the previous section, in cases that were applicable Cancellations with less than 2 calendar days in advance will not give right to refund. The refunds will be made within 15 calendar days after the cancellation request, by electronic transfer in the name of the person who made it.

Replacement Policy:

If the enrolled person can not participate in a guided dive, You can substitute yourself with  another person with the same diving qualification. In any case, the person who will attend in substitution of the one initially registered must also fill in Registration form , meet the qualification requirements and diving insurance, provide up-to-date medical certificate and request the change by sending an email to leonmarinotarifa@gmail.com

Cancellation policy:

LEON MARINO reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event / course if there are not enough people registered, due to bad weather conditions or if dive instructors or guides, for justified major cause could not attend. In these cases, the payments received for registrations will be totally reimbursed without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.
